Haley Borkowski
About Me
I am a senior in the Interior & Spatial Design program at Russell Sage College graduating May 2027 with a passion for transforming complex spatial challenges into highly functional, experiential environments. Combining a creative design eye with minors in Business Administration and Graphic & Media Design, I approach every project with both aesthetic vision and commercial strategy.
My experience spans hands-on roles at both a major corporate retailer and an established architecture firm. As a Store Design Intern for Bath & Body Works Corporate, I developed international schematic layouts, designed storefronts, and built 3D SketchUp models used for executive presentations and landlord negotiations. At King + King Architects, I collaborated on concept development, spatial programming, and vendor communications.
To enhance my involvement, I actively mentor peers in advanced Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp workflows, translate building codes and ADA compliance into digestible lessons, and serve as a Student Representative for the Albany, NY chapter of IIDA.
I am eager to bring my technical precision, passion for spatial storytelling, and collaborative mindset to a dynamic design team dedicated to creating impactful, human-centered environments.
Open to relocation and post-grad opportunities starting May 2027.
